Return and Exchange Policy

Our valued customers can exchange or return their purchases within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1) The products to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition, presentable with their packaging and tags, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

2) Products must be returned in their original bags or boxes, and placed inside an outer box when shipping.

3) When trying on shoes, please be careful not to leave marks on the shoes or damage the shoe box.

4) Socks and underwear are non-returnable or exchangeable.

5) You can exchange any product by choosing another size, taking into account the previous controls.

6) If you wish to cancel or return an order after receiving it in good condition and without any damage, the customer will bear the shipping costs, and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The items to be returned must be in their original condition (unused and in their packaging) and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
